Refund policy

At Brass Lotus, we pride ourselves on the quality of our handcrafted products. However, due to the nature of the products being handcrafted, we follow a strict cancellation and return policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To request a cancellation before shipping, please email hello@brasslotus.in with your order ID.

2. Return Policy

We do accept returns in the event that the product is damaged during delivery. Do reach us via WhatsApp on 8125322062 or email @hello.brasslotus@gmail.com and we can discuss.

Conditions for Return:

  • The return request must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery by emailinghello.brasslotus@gmail.com.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Refund/Store Credit

  • Upon approval of the return, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the product’s value (excluding shipping costs).
  • The store credit can be used for future purchases on www.brasslotus.in.
